Dream Field Farms is proud to offer our pasture-raised beef, pork, lamb. In these unsettling times, it is good to know you have a secured food supply that you can trust. Our meats have been pasture-raised on native grasses and free-range finished with grain supplements. We do not offer certified organic products, but all of our animals are born and raised naturally on our farm. We do not give antibiotics, growth hormones or vaccines to any animals on the farm.

Our beef has been raised on native grasses and free-range grazing. We offer supplemental grain for finishing to assure the best marble to your cuts. Calves are butchered at 1000 to 1400 lbs. If you purchase a whole calf, you can expect 400-500 lbs of beef. A 1/2 calf is 200-225 lbs of beef.

Our pork is pasture-raised. They are heritage breed pigs which offer a better flavor and finish better on pasture. Pork raised here has an amazing flavor. Our pastures include pecan and oak trees which allow them to graze on nuts that are all natural allowing for that great flavor. Pigs weigh 250 to 300 lbs on the hoof. Take-home meat is approximately 60%.

Our lambs are born and raised on the farm. They weigh approximately 100 pounds. Take home meat on a lamb is approximately 1/3. They are offered a creep feed for taming but mainly eat green grass and hay that is grown without pesticides or herbicides.
